The New Engineering Contract, NEC3 (now in the third edition) is a process oriented contract which needs to be properly set up and administered to achieve a successful outcome. We have developed two low cost software solutions to support those using NEC3 contracts: one to support the contract compilation process and the other to support the change management process. Both software solutions support the user not only in getting the job done but also providing training on demand. This type of software solution with training and production capabilities in a single system is known as Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS).
